  Racial profiling. I've witnessed numerous incidents of customers paying different prices based on age, gender, race and "social status". Its disgusting to know you're paying one price and the person next to you is charged totally different for the exact same service. Though I loved the technician who serviced me, I couldn't in good faith continue to patronize a business who discriminated and charged different prices simply based on what they felt they should pay. No consistent pricing at all. The price list is merely a toy, not reality.
