Let me start by saying, this is not a day spa. This is a very small room in the back of a nail salon. So small you have nowhere to put your clothing or personal items and the table you lay on is set on the diagonal so it will fit. Although you will walk past a large board with prices, once you get into the back room and ask for anything (like waxing) the prices are different, to the tune of about 50% more. I purchased one of the deals on Living Social thinking this was going to be a real business. It's hard to even find the place because it's actually just a nail salon. Lena is a nice woman, obviously wants to expand her business but when it comes down to it, all she does is slather 20 different types of very greasy lotions on your face. I had the worst breakouts of my life following my facial here. She spent half of the time on the phone taking appointments instead of tending to me. She tried the hard upsell on hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of products. Avoid this business and if you are looking at this before redeeming your Living Social Voucher, ask for a refund. This is not what it claims to be.
